Harvey is rich, idle and very, very bored, enjoying few things in life. He is awakened by a call from his employee regarding one of those few things: evicting a deadbeat tenant. It's something he prefers to do personally, so he summons his handyman/muscle Miller and heads to Katia's apartment.
